Refund policy
1. Right of Withdrawal (Standard Products Only)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days without giving any reason, starting from the day the product is received.
This right of withdrawal applies only to standard, non-customized products that are supplied as-is and not modified after an order is placed.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us in writing within the 14-day period.
2. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Custom-Made Products
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are:

made to the consumer’s specifications, or
-
clearly personalized, or
-
modified after an order is placed.
This includes, but is not limited to:
-
build-to-order products,
-
products modified in configuration, wiring, appearance, or functionality,
-
products assembled or altered based on customer selection or input.
These products are considered custom-made within the meaning of EU consumer law and are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal.
3. Discretionary Refunds for Custom Orders
Although custom-made products are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund or partial refund in individual cases.
Any such refund:

is voluntary,
-
does not constitute a legal obligation,
-
does not create a precedent for future orders.
The decision to accept or refuse a return or refund for a custom-made product is made exclusively by us.
4. Condition of Returned Standard Products
If a return is accepted for a standard, non-customized product:

the product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition,
-
products showing signs of use, installation, modification, or damage are not eligible for a refund.
Products that are built using used components may show minor cosmetic signs of wear; such signs do not constitute a defect.
5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly supplied.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
7. Off-Road Use Disclaimer
All products are sold exclusively for off-road or race use.
Use on public roads is at the customer’s own responsibility and subject to local laws.
