Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–7 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Products that are built to order or customized may require additional processing time. Any extended lead time will be communicated before or after the order is placed.


2. Shipping Destinations

We ship to selected countries and regions as available at checkout.

Shipping destinations, methods, and costs are determined by:

  • delivery country or region, and

  • total shipment weight.

Available shipping options and applicable charges are shown during checkout.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • destination, and

  • total order weight.

All prices are shown in EUR unless stated otherwise.


4. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and depend on the destination and carrier.

Typical estimated delivery times:

  • Netherlands: 1–3 business days after dispatch

  • European Union: 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • International destinations: 7–21 business days after dispatch

Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other external factors are outside our control and do not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation.


5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Non-EU Orders)

For deliveries outside the European Union:

  • customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees may apply,

  • these charges are not included in the product or shipping price,

  • the customer is responsible for any such charges.

Failure to pay customs charges may result in the shipment being returned or destroyed. In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed.

For orders shipped to the United States, applicable import duties and tariffs may be included in the total price at checkout where offered.
Where duties are included, no additional import charges are expected upon delivery.
Where duties are not included, the customer remains responsible for any applicable import charges.


6. Failed or Refused Deliveries

If a shipment is:

  • refused,

  • returned due to incorrect address information, or

  • not collected in time,

any additional shipping or handling costs may be charged to the customer.


7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If a shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) with:

  • order number,

  • description of the issue,

  • photographic evidence where applicable.

We will assess the situation and, where appropriate, coordinate with the carrier.
